Straddling the fence between menus of possibility and absurdity, cuisine is tackled idealistically, with one eye on what is given and the other on what is absorbed. Presented in a stylish, e-z to use, table-top format, each book is a 19-page, full color, ring-bound, table display. It has a screen-printed chipboard cover and measures 13”h x 6”w x 5”d. Each free-standing book comes packaged separately in a screen-printed cardboard shipping box, with instructions, a sticker, and some other surprises!
This collaborative book project was created through the mail/email by Jeremy Kennedy and Mark Rice as a celebration of their mutual understanding/misunderstanding of the traditional and proper methods of preparing edible materials for caloric intake.
